Mr. Massucci is available as a Mediator/Neutral in Real Estate disputes and has completed advanced mediation training at the prestigious Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, at Pepperdine University School of Law. He acts as a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, is an approved Mediatior for the Suburban West Realtors Association and sits as an Arbitrator in Delaware County and Chester County, in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Massucci is available as a Mediator/Neutral in personal injury or medical malpractice matters. He has facilitated in excess of 150 mediations in NJ Superior Landlord-Tenant Court.
As a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas he facilitated 50 settlement conferences at the Dispute Resolution Center, since September of 2011.
