Mr. Massucci has successfully handled complex medical malpractice, business, vehicular and insurance litigation and holds a Certificate in Trial Advocacy from the Court Practice Institute, in Chicago. He attended Mediation and Advanced Mediation Training at the acclaimed Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, at Pepperdine University School of Law, and serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Massucci is designated as an approved mediator for the Suburban-West Realtor's Association, as an Associate Mediator on Mediate.com and has handled in excess of 50 settlement conferences for the Court of Common Pleas. He was formerly associated with Schubert Bellwoar Mallon & Walheim, an AV rated law firm in Philadelphia, PA and served as Consulting Corporate Counsel at the Sands Hotel and Casino, in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

As a Mediator, Mr. Massucci will tailor an Alternative Dispute Resolution method for your particular situation.
